As of September 10, 12 noon my artwork will be on display for sale at cre8ery gallery and studio located at 125 Adelaide St, 2nd fl., until Saturday October 14, 3pm. cre8ery is free and open to the public Tues and Thurs, 12-8pm; Wed, Fri, Sat, 12-5pm.
In addition to their regular viewing hours, there are receptions scheduled on September 19, 7-10pm and October 3, 7-10 pm to celebrate the artworks in the gallery.

Thanks to all of you and our generous donors from Manitoba, USA and Singapore we raised a total of $13,000 which will help build the school in Viengkham village in Laos. We are now over 50% of the way to our goal of $60,000!

We are proud to announce that organic coffee and black tea shipped directly from the Paksong's Bolaven plateau Laos will be served exclusively at the TASTE OF LAOS Banquet on May 24.
We would like to thank the Boulylam Plantation of Laos for supplying the organic coffee and black tea for the occasion.
Thanks also to Darryl Reid of Green Bean Coffee Imports (www.greenbeancoffeeimports.com) of Manitoba who graciously offered to roast the coffee beans and supply coffee brewing machine for the evening.

The Division scolaire franco-manitobaine has invited SKL Inc. to address the Grade 10-12 students and teachers at École Roméo-Dallaire in Winnipeg on March 21, 2014.
We are grateful for this opportunity to talk about the impact of building schools in Laos.
The Manitoba Council for International Cooperation (MCIC), one of SKL's major funders, invited SKL Inc. to make a brief presentation during a Celebration of International Development Week.
